Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan treats available daily. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, and nuts. Let our staff know of any severe allergies.
Can I place a custom order for a cake or special event?
Absolutely! We love creating custom cakes, pastries, and bread for birthdays, weddings, and other events. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance for smaller orders and 2-3 weeks for large or complex orders like wedding cakes.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays to allow our bakers a day of rest and to prepare for the week ahead. Please check our contact page for any holiday hour changes.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We are proud to partner with local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. Our flour comes from a regional mill, our eggs are free-range, and our dairy is from a local creamery. We believe fresh, local ingredients make for the best-tasting products.
Do you have daily specials?
We do! We often feature seasonal items, experimental bakes, and daily bread specials. The best way to stay up-to-date is to follow us on our social media channels or simply stop by the bakery to see what's fresh out of the oven.
How should I store your bread to keep it fresh?
For crusty artisan breads like our sourdough, store it cut-side down on a wooden board or in a paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. Avoid plastic bags, as they can soften the crust. For longer storage, you can slice and freeze it in a sealed bag.
